We offer recreational dance classes, as well as yoga, and pilates for all ages and abilities. We also offer high-quality traditional dance training in our pre-professional program for aspiring dancers. She is a master of somatic arts, a dance scientist, and a true inspiration to all those who have had the pleasure of meeting her. As a former dancer for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, she is thrilled to help empower people through the transformative power of dance!
